Job Description

We have one opening for HR Coordinator and one for a HR Specialist.

We are located in Irvine borderline Costa Mesa, Ca

This will be onsite Monday to Friday

This is for a financial organization

Duties for the HR Specialist: $25.00

  • Adjudicating background checks
  • Submitting background checks
  • Contract Review (for HR-Related topics)
  • Answering employee policy questions via a ticketing system
  • Experience with Workday (HRIS) is a must
  • Verifications of Employment

Duties for the HR Coordinator: $22.00

  • Pulling records from Employee Files
  • Redacting documents for audit purposes
  • Submitting invoices for payment
  • Experience with digital files is a must
